Pray, laugh and then pray some more. God doesn’t always give you what you want, but he will give you what you need.

I believe that is exactly why He blessed me with my daughter, Jordan. Being a single mother, living back at home in my mid-thirties, growing a direct sales business and continuing to work on my degree? I never would have thought this is where life would have me. But I continue to find joy in my journey and my daughter’s smile gives me strength.

This blog is culmination of personal thoughts, aspirations and lessons learned through my voice. I alwayshave an opinion -often humorous, at least I think so, but always real. Thank you for reading and I hope you continue to follow along as I chase my dream.

Oh, one more thing. If you have a moment please check out my series of writings entitled Saved In The City. This blog within a blog is a labor of love two years in the making. These stories are inspired by personal life experiences in which the cast of characters shares their walks in faith through each of their own unique and individual voice. I hope you enjoy it!

Faith does not make things easy, it makes it possible. Luke 1:37
